Domestic shipping
We offer free shipping to Canada for all items in our store with an estimated delivery in 2 to 8 business days (not including processing time), depending on your location. All items are shipped with either Canada Post or Chit Chats, and include tracking.

International shipping
For shipping outside of Canada, please contact us. We will provide you with a quote for different shipping options.

International shipments may incur additional import taxes and may be delayed at customs. We have no control over this, so please check with your local postal office before ordering so there are no surprises.

Packaging and processing time

We take great care in packaging and shipping your purchases. Orders placed will be shipped out within 1-3 business days after being paid for. Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Storm City Antiques. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions for returning your item(s) and issuing your refund.
Please note that the item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
